Override theme file from plugin

I am using this pluginsw_ajax_woocommerce_search. Currently trying to override which in:

sw_ajax_woocommerce_search
--themes
----default.php

this way:

my_child_theme
--sw_ajax_woocommerce_search
---themes
-----default.php

The way woocommerce files are overridden. But this obviously doesn’t work. How should the override happen here ? Thank you!
