FIXED: WordPress posts display twice and theme completely breaks when using "page break" block

FIXED: content.php was duplicated. Hope this helps anyone else with this problem!

Unfortunately my website (cxhnow.com) is having issues with displaying content. I have tried to Google a fix but it wasn’t a fruitful search. I have a little bit of experience with CSS and HTML, and am able to get the gist of PHP while reading the code, so please speak in layman’s terms, haha!

This is what is happening on the single/post page. This happens to all posts on the first page as well.

*Note: I was briefly having an issue where using "More/Page Break/Cont. Reading" blocks would actually break the entire theme below the header, but that doesn’t seem to be an issue anymore.
