Editing the position of customer notifications within WooCommerce

Currently within WooCommerce I have alert messages that will display on the cart page to notify a customer when they remove an item from their basket for example. I also have it set up to notify them that their cart value must exceed a certain value before we’ll ship the goods.

At the moment these messages fly in from the right hand side of the screen and only remain on screen for a few seconds. (see attached)

Ideally I would like these to display underneath the page header and stay on screen until they click the ‘x’ to close the message.

So I am looking for a way to change where this message is displayed on screen. I am using The7 theme but there doesn’t appear to be a way to edit this within the theme options.
