Unix & Linux Asked by user66554 on December 12, 2020
I have two monitors connected with different resolutions (and aspect ratios):
When switching to TTY it’s shown on both screens at the same time, with the size (columns and rows according to font size) restricted to the size of the smaller screen (1).
So on the big screen (2) the content of the TTY is squished into the top-left corner, using less than half of the vertical space for rows and being in a tiny, hard to read font.
How can I make it use all the real estate on the bigger screen?
