Rsyslog to limit backlogs on database?

I just connected my Rsyslog to a MariaDB database called Syslog. Is it possible to set rsyslog to automatically limit the data within the database to contain only 3-4 months worth of backlogs? Like logrotate for files like messages, but in the database. If possible, how do I set it up? Thank you
