"pkgProblem" error, can't install package

I have some problems while installing a package with apt (like gdb). Here is the error I am getting:

The following packages contain unsatisfied dependencies :
 linux-headers-5.4.0-kali2-amd64 : Depends: linux-compiler-gcc-9-x86 but will not be installed
E: Error, pkgProblem::Resolve generated breaks, which may have been caused by the packets to be kept as is.

I’m working on a bootable SSD with Kali Linux installed, I have one partition for the system and other for persistence data.

Can someone have a idea to resolve this?
