How to fix Block Volume error on linux? (missing Block volume, Swap, Linux raid)

Hi all,
I have a hard drive removed from the NAS, but in here there is some data to retrieve, when it opens it has an error like this, I can’t get anything inside, the status is locked , so how do I get the data inside? Please help me because this is an important document of my company. Thank you all so much.
