curl REST calls with Pagination

Curl and jq work well for simple REST calls but the workflow breaks if pagination is involved.

For example Github uses links in the header:

curl -i "https://api.github.com/search/code?q=addClass+user:mozilla&per_page=10"

(other REST apis use links in the content or continuation tokens)

Is there an easy way to get the full result without writing a script?
