Who can write a package for the new mathbb font as in the picture and compatible with Computer Modern font?

As @barbara beeton noted here, the mathbb of AMS and the other blackboard fonts right now are not compatible with Computer Modern (CM) font family default in LaTex. So it may be necessary to create a new mathbb compatible with CM. Creating it from the CM bold and bold math italics may be one possible way. The result is as in the picture:

Note: I first created the mathbb letters by Adobe Illustrator CC 2018 and then transformed them into otf files by Fontlab 7.

But unfortunately I am not able to write them into a package, who can do that?

The package can be named as cmathbb.
