One Answer

You should put braces {and }around your environment.

documentclass{article}

usepackage{amsmath}
usepackage{graphicx}
usepackage{wrapfig}
usepackage{caption}
usepackage{float}

begin{document}

{
begin{wrapfigure}{l}{0.25textwidth}
includegraphics[width=0.7linewidth]{1}
captionsetup{justification=centering}
caption{caption}
end{wrapfigure}
$$
begin{aligned} m_{T} &=lim _{x rightarrow 1} frac{x^{2}-1}{x-1}  &=lim _{x rightarrow 1} frac{(x+1)(x-1)}{x-1}  &=lim _{x rightarrow 1}(x+1) quad text { weil } x neq 1  &=2 end{aligned}
$$
par
vspace{5mm}
}

New text is left aligned

begin{itemize}
    item Definition von Ableitung
end{itemize}

end{document}
