TeX - LaTeX Asked by Yogesh Kulkarni on October 27, 2020
Using polyglossia for building beamer slides. Compilation from TexWorks, using XeLaTeX engine works fine.
While trying to do similar compilation using following texify command does not work.
texify --engine=xelatex My_Presentation.tex
Gives error:
xelatex: unknown engine
Minimum My_Presentation.tex could be:
documentclass[xcolor=dvipsnames,compress,t,pdf]{beamer}
usepackage{polyglossia}
setdefaultlanguage{english}
setotherlanguage{marathi}
newfontfamilymarathifontsf[Script=Devanagari]{Nakula}
title[hspace{4cm} insertframenumber /inserttotalframenumber]
{Gems from Thinkers ldots}
date[2020]{today}
begin{document}
begin{frame}
titlepage
end{frame}
begin{frame}[c]{}
textmarathi{धारणा}
end{frame}
end{document}
How to specify XeLaTeX for command line compilation? Specifying just xetex as engine also does not work.
