TeX Live installation on Windows 10 failed -- trying to understand the output log

It would be great if someone could figure out why my installation has failed.
Also some questions: after this failed installation, are there any files from the installation on my computer which I should remove before trying a new installation of before trying to install something else, like MiKTeX? Would you recommend trying to install TeX Live again or MiKTeX?
