Neuroscience Letters Format

I have to write a research paper for my masters project and while I have formatted it in IEEE Transaction format, my supervisor wants me to also submit a copy formatted to the Neuroscience Letters format. Because I have already written the first iteration in LaTeX, I tried searching over on Google, to no avail, to find a sty file for the format required. Can someone extend the format to me if they have it? Alternatively, considering that I am very much a beginner when it comes to LaTeX, how hard would it be to create a sty file based on the description provided in the link (https://www.elsevier.com/journals/neuroscience-letters/0304-3940/guide-for-authors) and would it be worth it compared to just writing the whole thing in MS Word?
