Include pdf compiling with pdfLaTex+MakeIndex+BibTex

I am writing a file using Miktex 2.9 and I want to include several pdf’s as a part of my final document. I am using the book class and the pdfLaTex+MakeIndex+BibTex compiler. I fouund the package pdfpages that allows including pdf’s in a document, but unfortunately it seems that is not supported by the compiler I use. If I change to others compilers my code does not work well.

Does anyone know a similar package that works well with the pdfLaTex+MakeIndex+BibTex compiler?
