How to enable Texstudio to add orders automaticlly

Just like in Visual studio, if I create a new program, the IDE will add #includeand int main(){} and other useful notations which is very convenient. Therefore, how to make Texstudio do that.
what’s more, I would also like to know how to make Texstudio add orders when writing documents.
For example, if I input begin{itemize} then enter, I hope Texstudio add item automatically, instead of I having to write down item by myself.
