how to apply left direction for references while using persian xelatex

Question

I am writing my thesis in Persian in Latex,
Everything seems ok, but the references are not aligned properly
I tried begin{flushleft} but that didn't help
I want the references to be aligned from left and numbers start from left (preferably persian numbering)
any inputs please?

so far i came to these temporary solutions however I can guess that they have their own problems:
(1)
begin{latin}
 bibliography{library.bib}   % name your BibTeX data base
end{latin}

(2)
you can use lr{text} too, but it just turns everything to English
