How to add FS albert font to my texlive distribution?

I want to add FS Albert font, so that I can use it in a LaTeX or XeLaTeX document. For example, simply using

usepackage{FSAlbert}

or

usepackage{fontspec}
setmainfont{font-code}

However, it seems that the texlive distribution does not include FS Albert. What are the necessary steps to be able to compile a document with this font?
