How can I shift the code inside a tcbinputlisting environment

Question

I am trying to highlight code using minted inside of a newtcbinputlisting and it is working beautifully.  Thanks to TeXExchange and many previous answers!  However, I am unable to shift the code inside the tcolorbox environment.  I'm so close!  I'm not sure what I am missing.

After reading more into this, I was trying to use framesep and that was the incorrect approach.  Instead, I needed to insert the xleftmargin to specify the offset.
