Hide chapter's title in TOC

There is a structure of my document:

include{chapter_1}
include{chapter_2}
include{chapter_to_hide}

I thought it would be a good idea to use star: chapter*{Chapter_to_hide}, but it disable counters. How can I keep counters for my tables and figures within the chapter but don’t show it in TOC?
