file-1.pdf not found and Wrong __data_start/_end pair Aborted (core dumped) Error

I am trying to compile asymptote code using TexStudio. The code is from the Drawing 3D crystal lattice with tikz/pstricks . But it is not compiling.Another code that is not compiling is from Draw realistic 3D crystal structures (diamond) .

The error in the logfile is file "foo-1.pdf" not found. I also tried to use overleaf but same error persist. It shows error on the line end{asy} and says foo.pdf file not found

When I try to compile it using command line option using asy foo-1.asy , it generates the error
Wrong __data_start/_end pair
Aborted (core dumped)

Even using the command "$ asy -vvv test " also throwing the same output
Can anybody tell me the solution?

I am using ubuntu 20.04 and texstudio version TeXstudio 2.12.22 (2.12.22+debian-1build1)
