Elsevier Accuracy Results Table Template for each Validation Dataset

I am working on a paper which uses elsevier’s ‘cas-dc-template’. I have some machine learning results (test_size, number of trees, f1_score, accuracy, recall, precision). I want to create a table which contains these results; and the table is splitted between two datasets used. In other words, I have the following:

Now I want to format it to the elsevier table format to look something similar to this example:
