Deactivate excessive spaces between paragraphs when input a tikz image

The image.tex begins like this:

begin{figure} [H]

When I input this image in anothe .tex file I say input{image} and when I compile multiples space breaks between paragraphs are added in order to put the image right where I input it. Also I have called the package tikz and float. I would like the image to be where I write input{image} but without getting any space breaks between paragraphs. Thanks in advance!
