chapter-names appearing twice in table of contents

I am writing a thesis in Texstudio, for some reason the chapters seem to appear twice in the table of contents.

Het onderwerp van deze bachelorproef is gebaseerd op een onderzoeksvoorstel dat vooraf werd beoordeeld door de promotor. Dat voorstel is opgenomen in deze bijlage.

A chapter looks like this:

chapter{IfLanguageName{dutch}{Inleiding}{Introduction}}
label{ch:inleiding}
section{IfLanguageName{dutch}{Probleemstelling}{Problem Statement}}
label{sec:probleemstelling}

Note that the sections do not get repeated in the table of contents only the chapters:
