Any ways for underlining certain words or sentences and separately collecting them later?

in using LyX, I often underline some words or sentences that need to be revisited later.
And it would be convenient if I can collect those underlined words or sentences on a separate page so that I can check and revisit them conveniently.
Are there any good ways for doing such a thing? Many thanks in advance; stay healthy.
