Adding prefix to backref when using hyperref links in bibliography

I want to know if there is some way to add a prefix "cited in Section(s)" before a backref in the bibliography section of output.
I am using usepackage[backref=section]{hyperref} in the preamble

I would like the bibliography to read:

1. Author,A. Title. Journal of xx. 2, 23-45. Cited in Section(s) 1.2, 2.3

where 1.2 and 2.3 are hyperref generated backref links to the citation sections in the text.
