A customizable "Teacher's notebook" template

I am tired of buying teacher’s notebooks to keep my class notes, students list, their exam results, etc., and finding that they usually include sections I don’t need at all, or lack some other useful pages. I have done a quick research looking for shared printable templates I could configure discarding sections I don’t need, with fewer results than expected.

I know the community is plenty of people able to do wonderful things with LaTeX, and I am pretty sure many of them may use this kind of tools as teachers. Is there any LaTeX template I could start with to build my own notebook?
