Problems installing and opening packages on Linux Lite

I’m having some problems opening and installing packages on Linux Lite, when I install from the terminal everything seems to be installed fine, but when it’s done, the installed program doesn’t show up anywhere. When I try to install it with gdebi, it doesn’t open the installation screen simply nothing happens, also as a detail, I try to open Blueman but it doesn’t open either.
