nmap -O say I'm running a different version then I am

I am up to date on Windows 10 version 2004. I ran a nmap -O scan last night and now tonight again. I’m getting something different Windows 10 1809 – 1909. I would like to know why it has happened and how do I fix it.

What path does the scan take to find out this information?
