Quickbooks Web Connector GetDataAccessKey Failed

I have been using Web Connector for 15 years. For some reason, this week it is working intermittently. Every hour or so, certificate popup keeps popping up.

I select connect even if qb is closed and select admin as user and then ok and soon as web connector runs again the certificate window pops up again.

It can continue on the same way for several minutes to a couple of hours and then, suddenly, starts working again only to stop a few minutes later.

I have tried removing Web Connector and adding back Web Connector but did not works. Here is the error I’m seeing in event viewer that I think is the issue.

Anyone have any ideas on how I might fix this?

(Our Web Connector is version 2.3.0.36)
