ASCII Code of Latin Small Letter i with Macron and Dot

I am developing a trascription keyboard on https://www.isa-sari.com/transkripsiyon/ There are no problems with the characters except Latin Small Letter i with Macron and Dot. I’ve tried everything, including Turkish ı with dot and macron on it, but it doesn’t work. When clicked on the character, Latin Small Letter i with Macron and Dot is written on the text area, but when I copy it to Word or PowerPoint, the macron will be placed besides the dot, not above it. When I copy it here: ı̇̄ There seems no problem. The problem is with Word etc (rich text, I guess). Is there a way to fix it?
