Why does Philip Morris continue to brand Ferraris with their Mission Winnow brand?

Maybe this is not the right site, but I’m wondering…

Why does Phillip Morris continue with their Mission Winnow thing?

Like they pay for a sponsorship via a brand that has nothing to do with cigarettes (and you will have to dig down online to know it’s Phillip Morris) and even then, have to remove the brand in half the circuits.

Really feels like they are paying a sponsorship on a team that cannot be cheap to sponsor only to stick it to F1 that they can’t have Marlboro on the side of the Ferrari.
