sharepoint application deployment error

Hi
I created a simple blank sharepoint application page( through Visual Studio 2010)
After run that page, sharepoint 2010 prompt this error.

Server Error in ‘/’ Application.
Runtime Error

after changing in web.config ( customerror=”Off” and callstack=”true”)
I get this error
