Switching NICs in VPN tunnel

I have question, I have computer with 3 NICs and 3 different ISPs – this will be client of VPN.

Is this possible to keep connection through VPN tunnel when I dissconect one of NICs? For example I have conversation on Messenger I disconnect ethernet and continue conversation on Wi-Fi with no interruptions. Is this requires any special setup, or special VPN server? How to do it?
