I’ve got a recipe (Hawkmoor at Home’s) for ultra slow roast rump which roasts 1.2-1.5kg rump at 75deg C for 4-5 hours (after searing it on a large griddle)
How long would it take to roast a 2.2kg boneless topside joint at this temperature?
