Can I ship my quick pickle by post?

My quick pickle is a vegetable pickle. All 3 lbs are cut into sticks and squares, blanched in vinegar and then dried over the kitchen counter over night. I sometimes dehydrate them in my dehydrator. My pickling sauce is a sweet chilli sour sauce (onions garlic ginger cooked and boiled in oil, when cooked, two thirds to three quarter cups of vinegar is added plus 3 and half cups of sugar. It is then cooled. When sauce is cool, cool toasted sesame seeds and toasted crushed peanuts are added. Veg and sauce then mixed together.

My question is will my pickle withstand the 3 to 4 days of courier shipping, if I decant into sterilised jars refrigerate for one day prior to shipping.
