Kids’ show from the 90s-2000s which had a flying saucer character

When I was very young my grandmother had a TV show recorded on a VHS tape. Must have been from the late 90s to early 2000s. I was in the UK but it may have been an Australian show.

It had a UFO or flying saucer as the main character. All I remember about the particular episode is it focused on the playground "Flying Fox" swing.

The UFO observed kids using the swing. There must have been a narrator. The UFO may have been live action but could have been CG.
