Pi loses local network connectivity

My pi after about 6 or so hours will seemingly disconnect from the network. I have pihole running in a docker container which dies and also my ssh requests time out. This is fixed whenever i unplug and replug the power supply…since i can’t remote into it. I haven’t explicitly messed with its DNS. I only have PiHole/Docker running at the moment and it’s manually configured on my devices (not router).

Strange thing is that when the pi is ‘disconnected’, it still shows active in my router settings with the same IP I’ve been connecting to.

Anyone know what could be going on? Is this a case where I need to configure a static IP?
RPI 4B, just got this thing, somewhat new with linux, not sure which logs to check, sorry for noobness.
