Adafruit Speaker Bonnet for Raspberry Pi - No sound

I’m having a problem getting sound output from Adafruit Speaker Bonnet.

My setup

I’m using Raspberry PI Zero W and Adafruit Speaker Bonnet. The Bonnet is connected with Adafruit stereo speakers. As an input, I’m connecting to the conference USB mic.

Trial

Trial 1

I followed the tutorial adafruit with RaspberyOS full.

No sound.

Trial 2

I followed the steps on pimoron with RaspberyOS full.

No sound.

Trial 3

I followed the tutorial adafruit with RaspberyOS lite.

No sound.

Trial 4 (stupid one)

I flipped the pins and I broke my raspberry pi board. I bought another one.
