How can there be more neurons than axons?

In the book, “Introduction to Psychology: Gateways to Mind and Behavior 15th Edition,” page 48, they state that there are about three million axons and one hundred billion neurons. As of my understanding, each neuron has one axon, so how can there be more neurons than axons?
