Psychology & Neuroscience Asked by user26527 on February 15, 2021
I need to conduct some job interviews for my company. I can handle the technical side alright, but I’m no psychologist and I will most likely miss some red flags, or fail to notice the best applicant for the job. I have strong doubts that I could fix this problem by reading a book or two or by taking some online classes, but I need a starting point.
I would like to start from a book about conducting job interviews that is more scientific, in other words has scientific references that I can check and discusses how professional psychologists approach interviewing people.
