Which one is close to single photon's radiation in terms of wave model?

Imagine a single photon is released/radiated when an electron de-excited to a lower energy level. Now if we consider the wave model of EM waves, what kind of wave in space it is similar to after some time passed?(Focusing only in electric field wave).

So lets imagine that right after the photon is released we wait very short time and freeze the time and look at how the wave looks like spatially.

1-) A periodic sine wave continues in space?

2 -) A single sine pulse in space?

3 – ) A single wave envelope in space?

4- ) A periodic wave envelope in space ?
