What's the terminal velocity for an air bubble in water?

If you release an air bubble sufficiently far under the surface of water, what is the terminal velocity of the bubble that is created? Is the terminal velocity contant or varying (the size of the bubble will increase as the depth decreases – maybe that slows it down?)?
