Ratio gap / critical temperature BCS

The ratio between the supercond. gap and the critical temperature is said to be equal to a constant in BCS theory.

Is it true only for s-wave supcond (e.g. pairs with (spin up,k) and (spin down, -k)) or also for pairs with non-zero total momentum?
