Open source software for lattice quantum theory with Wick rotation

I am trying to learn more about numerical calculations in QFT and in particular the reconstruction of real time quantum observables from numerical results on a Euclidean lattice. Is there any open source software that performs the reconstruction of real time quantum field theory when provided Euclidean field configurations?
