I’m seeing two values for the minimum mass of primordial black holes.
$10^{-5}$ g (see 1974 paper by Carr and Hawking) and 1g (see 2004 paper by Carr).
Which is correct, if either?
1974

"There could thus be primordial black holes around now with masses from $10^{-5}$ g upwards."

"PBHs formed before the end of inflation will be diluted to a negligible density. Inflation thus imposes a lower limit on the PBH mass spectrum… Mmin certainly exceeds 1 g."
