Kleppner and Kolenkow errata?

I’m self-studying “An Introduction to Mechanics” by Kleppner and Kolenkow, 2nd edition.

Is there a published errata (list of corrections) for the book and more importantly the solutions manual? I’ve found an errata for the 1st edition by Andrew Goetz, but haven’t found anything for the 2nd edition text or the solutions manual.
