How to find direction of current for stationary conductor with changing magnetic field?

In page-213 of NCERT physics, it is explained how we can explain direction of current in a conductor moving through magnetic field using lorentz force law and just below a case of stationary conductor and magnetic field is explained without an explanation on how to find direction of current.

So, my question is how do we find direction of current for a stationary conductor in a time-varying magnetic field?
