(How) Can a (group of) molecule(s) be easily influenced to exhibit sustained triaxial rotation in order to observe/test for Dzhanibekov effect?

Physics Asked by K H on February 7, 2021

I’ve seen an experiment that aligns molecules in a substrate into formation with spin but could such an effect be established incorporating triaxial rotation?
At first I was thinking of that an electromagnetic force could be applied to a molecule or series of molecules within a vacuum or hydrophobic solution provided that the molecule under influence is long enough and perhaps has a dipole?
My hope is to determine if one can observe Dzhanibekov effect on molecular scale and I seek assistance from a mathemagician.
