Bound current and Eddy current

I Know that bound currents are due to magnetization of any material while Eddy current is due to rate of change of flux through a metal so I wanted to know whether both currents are
are independent to each other i.e let’s say if a metal of iron is placed in a time varying magnetic field then

Is both currents affect each other or not ?
