When sending money within the US does the name have to match the account and routing numbers?

If I provide an organisation in the US with the correct US account number and routing number, but they send the payment with an incorrect name, will I receive the money?

Note: I asked a similar but more specific question here, however, since it is perhaps too specific I am asking this much more general question.
